Classified Files
Every item on the truck menu is a classified file. Each one carries a codename, an inspiration, and a flavour profile that has been tested, reworked and cleared for service.

The truck window is open. Come in, ask questions, taste the evidence. The flavours speak for themselves — no menu explanation required.
Testing the Truck
The truck is a live testing ground. New ideas get trialled here first. If it passes the test, it earns a place on the permanent file. If not, it disappears without a trace.
